We will take the stress of your hands and deal with everything from guest communication, cleaning, linen changeovers, guest vetting, security deposit, and handover. We can manage all types of properties from family houses, apartment blocks and more.
At property buzzer we will advertise your property through various methods, whether it is through our university drop in sessions, street advertising, online advertising or third-party advertising we will do everything we can to find you tenants as quickly as possible. Once we found you suitable tenants and complete the vetting process, we will look after them, even clean up after them and make the property ready for the next guests. Whilst you enjoy yourself, we will take care of everything and you don’t need to worry about a thing. We will only charge a management fee and you can choose from our packages below.
