Viewing
We invite you to explore our exceptional properties online and compile a shortlist of up to five houses that you would like to view. To proceed, contact our lettings division via email lettings@proeprtybuzzer.co.uk or book a viewing directly via our website. Afterward, we will reach out to you via phone or email to schedule the viewings. It is highly recommended that as many members of your group as possible attend these viewings to ensure a thorough evaluation.
Reserving
Once your group has selected a property, all members will be required to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Agreement and pay the deposit in full. Upon completion, the property will be withdrawn from the market and reserved exclusively for your group, at which point your commitment becomes legally binding.
Contract
Deposit
A security deposit, as outlined in the AST, will be required. This can be paid either in cash or via online banking. Rest assured, your deposit will be safeguarded by a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme, in compliance with regulations.
Guarantor
Each group member must complete an application form and provide the name of a guarantor, typically a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for ensuring the tenant’s adherence to the terms of the AST for the duration of the tenancy. We may also contact the guarantor to request their signature on the relevant documentation.
Rent
Rent payments are to be made in advance from the commencement of the tenancy. These payments can be arranged through standing order or online banking.
Utilities
Please be aware that rental payments generally do not include utilities. It is important to budget separately for gas, electricity, water, internet, and a TV license.
Keys
Property Handbook
At the beginning of your tenancy, we will provide you with a comprehensive property handbook that contains all the information you need about your new home, as well as guidance on managing utility bills and other responsibilities.
